‘Tortured by two’: Man in video clip just before suicide
A 28-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with a licenced revolver in a secluded area behind his residential society in Sector 83 on Monday. Police have registered a case of abetment of suicide against two persons for allegedly torturing the victim.
