Chief minister M K Stalin said the Tamil Nadu Budget was a blend of mother's compassion, a teacher's concern, a guide's sharp focus and a reformist's attachment towards humankind. Showering praises on the budget tabled by finance minister P T R Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Stalin said the budget goes beyond the confines of a finance document.
