Woman’s body with hands & legs tied found in GuwahatiA body of an unidentified woman, with hands and legs tied with ropes, was recovered from Guwahati’s Panikhaiti area on Tuesday, said police. The body was found at Taribagan in Amgaon area of Panikhaiti around 10.30 am.
