Water in 100 days if we win Guwahati Municipal Corporation, says Congress
Congress on Tuesday released its manifesto for the upcoming Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) elections with a promise to provide potable water to every household within 100 days if it wins. The grand old party has also promised to install streetlights in all roads in GMC areas within a month.
