The Paresh Baruah-led Ulfa(I) has inducted 47 boys and girls into its ranks over the past few days, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma revealed on Wednesday, blaming a possible “sense of deprivation” for the outfit being able to use platforms like Facebook and YouTube to recruit people even as many cadres lay down arms.
