Two fleeing Ukrainians caught without travel docus in Assam
When Assam’s Government Railway Police arrested two Ukrainians from Kiev who were travelling from Agartala to New Delhi without any travel documents, little did they know that the duo were members of an international bank fraud racket, who were arrested and jailed in Dhaka in 2019.
