Prez kicks off Lachit’s 400th birth anniv celebrations
President Ram Nath Kovind, who is on a three-day visit to Assam from Friday, inaugurated the year-long celebrations of great Ahom general Lachit Barphukan’s 400th birth anniversary at an event here in Guwahati.
