Manipur polls: Okram Ibobi Singh tops list of candidates with most criminal cases
Three-time former Manipur chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh of Congress has the maximum number of criminal cases registered against him among all the 92 candidates for the second phase of polls to be held on March 5. Among the political parties, both Congress and JD (U) top the list with maximum number of candidates with criminal cases.
