Hit by first wave of floods, Dibrugarh braces for monsoon
Rattled by the non-seasonal flood which has affected over 4,000 people in Dibrugarh district, the deputy commissioner on Friday held an emergency meeting on flood preparedness ahead of the coming monsoon.
