‘File action-taken report on illegal mining findings in Dehing-Patkai’
The Gauhati high court on Wednesday directed the state government to file an action-taken report on the report of one-man inquiry commission headed by retired Gauhati high court judge BP Katakey on illegal coal mining at Dehing Patkai National Park, said petitioner’s counsel DK Das.
