Dibrugarh teacher in fray for civic pollsKusum Sharma, a teacher of Don Bosco School here for 23 years, has entered the fray for the Dibrugarh Municipal Board (DMB) election that is scheduled for March 6. Sharma will contest as an independent candidate from ward 16 of DMB which has 22 wards.
