Court summons Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma for ‘flouting’ model code
A chief judicial magistrate here has summoned Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma to appear before his court on February 25 in an alleged case of violation of model code of conduct during the Lok Sabha election in 2019.
