Cachar woman declared foreigner by tribunal
A woman of Assam’s Cachar district, who claims that her father’s name was in the electoral rolls of 1966, 1970 and 1989, has been declared a foreigner by the foreigners tribunal-1 (FT-1) in Silchar after it found discrepancies in her records.
