Cachar DC reviews Shivratri preparations atop Bhuban Hills
In view of Mahashivratri on March 1, Cachar deputy commissioner Keerthi Jalli on Sunday visited the 17th century Shiva shrine atop Bhuban Hills in the southern Assam district and took stock of the preparations.
