Assam artist, Itanagar-based advocate held for defacing public property with anti-dam graffiti
The Arunachal Pradesh Police on Sunday evening arrested a graffiti artist from Assam and an Itanagar-based advocate on charges of defacing public property for a graffiti work with a slogan against building of dams on a memorial wall in Itanagar.
