Ahead of PM rally, Sarma makes final inspection of Dibrugarh venue
Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday made a final inspection of the Khanikar police reserve field in Dibrugarh where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a public rally on Thursday.
