13 out of 20 water ATMs in Guwahati out of service
Thirteen out of the 20 water ATMs, which were installed by the Guwahati Smart City Limited (GSCL) at the cost of Rs 2 crore in the city in 2018 for the convenience of the citizens particularly in summer, have been lying nonfunctional for the last couple of months.
